She has over 30 years of experience serving as an adviser to clients. Shaughnna spends most of her day servicing clients. Shaughnna Blackmon is also the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of DREAM, INC. (Dallas Recording, Entertainment, Arts & Music, Inc.) an organization focused on non-traditional career opportunities in the arts for at-risk youth and young adults.
